1. Who is responsible for your information?
Happily Ever Studio operates from Larrea 1043, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Privacy requests may be sent to help@happilyeverstudio.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, billing address, country, email address, telephone number if supplied, account details, order history, download activity, transaction confirmations, customer-support messages, reviews, IP address, browser, device, approximate location, cookies and security logs.
For personalized products, we may also receive names, dates, photographs, wording and event details that you voluntarily provide. Payment providers process your complete payment credentials under their own privacy terms; we normally receive confirmation and transaction identifiers instead of full card details.
3. How we use information
- to process, personalize and deliver orders;
- to manage accounts and My Files access;
- to answer questions, make corrections and resolve refunds;
- to process payments, prevent fraud and secure the website;
- to maintain tax, accounting and legal records;
- to improve website performance and understand aggregate use; and
- to send optional marketing only where permitted and consistent with your choices.
4. Children’s information
The website is intended for adult purchasers, not children. Personalized party products may include a child’s name, age, photograph or event details supplied by a parent, guardian or authorized adult. By submitting that content, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so. We use it to fulfill and support the order, not for behavioral advertising. Please send only what is necessary.
5. Service providers
We share only the information reasonably needed by providers that help operate the store, including website hosting, WooCommerce, PayPal and other payment services, email and support tools, security and backup providers, professional advisers and delivery or editing platforms such as Canva when you choose to use them. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety or the store against fraud. We do not sell personal data for money.
6. International processing
Some providers may process data outside Argentina. Where applicable, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect international transfers in accordance with Argentine data-protection rules. Their independent services are also governed by their own policies.
7. How long we keep information
We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, fraud prevention, intellectual-property protection and applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Personalization materials are deleted or securely archived when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, updating or deletion of your personal data and may withdraw consent from future optional processing. Under Argentine Law 25,326, access requests generally must be answered within ten calendar days and requests for correction, updating or deletion within five business days, subject to lawful exceptions. We may need to verify your identity.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, receives complaints concerning data-protection compliance. More information is available at argentina.gob.ar/aaip.

Pinterest API Integration
Happily Ever Studio may use the Pinterest API to manage content and performance data associated with our own Pinterest business account. This integration is intended for internal business use by Happily Ever Studio and is not offered as a service to external Pinterest users or customers.
When our Pinterest account is connected to our application, the application may access information authorized through Pinterest, including our Pinterest account information, Pins, Boards, and analytics or performance data, depending on the permissions granted.
We use Pinterest API information only to:
- create, publish, and schedule Pins;
- select and manage our own Pinterest Boards;
- link Pins to Happily Ever Studio website or product pages;
- retrieve information relating to our own Pins and Boards; and
- review analytics and performance data for our own Pinterest content.
The application does not request, collect, or store Pinterest passwords or Pinterest session cookies. Authentication and authorization are performed using Pinterest-approved access tokens and authorization methods.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose information obtained through the Pinterest API to third parties for advertising, profiling, data brokerage, or unrelated commercial purposes.
Pinterest account, Pin, and Board information is accessed through the Pinterest API when required to provide the functionality of the application. We do not retain Pinterest-derived information longer than necessary or permitted under Pinterest policies. Analytics information relating to our own Pinterest account may be retained where permitted by Pinterest.
Pinterest API credentials, access tokens, and application secrets are treated as confidential and protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Access to Pinterest information may be revoked through the applicable Pinterest account settings or by contacting Happily Ever Studio. After authorization is revoked, the application will no longer access that Pinterest account through the API, and any Pinterest-derived personal information retained by us will be deleted when no longer required or otherwise permitted to be retained.
Pinterest is an independent third-party platform and its own collection and use of information is governed by Pinterest’s Privacy Policy and applicable terms.
