1. Welcome

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of happilyeverstudio.com and purchases from Happily Ever Studio. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Product descriptions, the Refund Policy and the Digital Product License form part of this agreement.

2. About Happily Ever Studio

Happily Ever Studio is an online digital-products business based at Larrea 1043, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Customer support is available at help@happilyeverstudio.com.

3. Digital products only

Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, every product is digital and no physical item will be shipped. Products may include PDF, JPG, PNG or other downloadable files, editable Canva templates, access links, personalized digital files or related digital services. Please review the listing’s formats, dimensions, included items, software requirements and turnaround time before purchasing.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices and currency are displayed before checkout. Payment is handled by the methods available at checkout, which may include PayPal and debit or credit cards. We receive payment confirmation and transaction information but do not store your full card number.

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a genuine pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, an unlawful request or an inability to complete the requested personalization.

5. Delivery and access

Instant products are normally available after confirmed payment through your order email and My Account → My Files. Personalized products are delivered within the timeframe shown on the listing. You are responsible for using a valid email address, checking spam folders and saving a backup of your finished files.

6. Canva and third-party platforms

Some products require Canva or another disclosed third-party platform. Happily Ever Studio is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Canva. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change outside our control. A free Canva account is sufficient unless the product listing specifically says otherwise.

7. Personalized orders

Please provide complete and accurate names, dates, wording, photographs and event details. Information may be reproduced exactly as submitted. If a proof is provided, review it carefully before approval. You confirm that you have permission to provide every photograph, name, logo and other item submitted, including authorization from a parent or guardian where a child’s information is involved.

8. Your license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license. It does not transfer ownership or copyright. You may prepare and print the design for your own personal celebration, but may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or commercially exploit the files, edited designs, graphics or template links. The full Digital Product License applies.

9. Printing

Colors can vary between screens, printers, inks and papers. You are responsible for confirming size, format, bleed and trim requirements with your chosen printer and for reviewing the finished file before printing. We recommend one test print before producing a full quantity.

10. Refunds and consumer rights

Because our products are personalized or supplied electronically for immediate access and permanent use, they may fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal in Article 1116 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights. If a product is defective, materially different from its description, not delivered or otherwise legally non-conforming, contact us for an appropriate correction, replacement or refund.

11. Intellectual property

The website, branding, original templates, files, graphics, text, photographs and product presentation are owned by or licensed to Happily Ever Studio and protected by applicable laws. Third-party content and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Availability and responsibility

Temporary maintenance, technical errors and third-party outages may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happily Ever Studio is not responsible for losses caused by purchaser-supplied errors, incompatible software, third-party service changes, printer performance or use outside the product description and license. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Argentine law. For consumer transactions, jurisdiction is determined by mandatory consumer-protection rules. In distance or electronic consumer contracts, the place where the consumer received or should have received the product determines jurisdiction.

For disputes not subject to mandatory consumer venue rules, and only where a choice of forum is legally valid, the parties submit to the competent National Ordinary Courts seated in the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.

14. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively when legal, operational or product requirements change. The terms in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to help@happilyeverstudio.com.
